Office of Service Excellence

The University Of Miami Medical Group Office Of Service Excellence was established in January 2004 to improve the service that we provide to patients and other customers of the clinical practice. The Office of Service Excellence approaches service from many perspectives, including:

• Service Outreach and Recovery (Service Ambassador Program)
• Clinical Practice & Professional Standards
• Service Quality Information Management
